The new school year here folks! Off ya go, back to hit the books! But don't be bummed out, school is great, later on in life you will wish you had these precious years back when all you had to worry about was getting to school on time and making sure you handed in your assignments......or are those the only worries?

Not at all. For those beginning in a new school there is the pressure to fit in and sort of blend in with everyone else, not being the sore thumb. For others its other pressures like meeting up to certain standards set by friends, our parents, or ourselves. I have good news for you. These are the best years of your lives, enjoy them to the fullest! We all want to fit in, but let's keep in mind that we are all individuals with different talents, looks, likes and personalities. Don't be afraid to be yourself, God wants you just the way you are! In the journey to finding yourself, don't lose your virtue, moral, and belief. We are living for a higher call, not here on earth so lets always keep in mind the will of God and what is pleasing to Him, even when no eyes are apparently watching us.

I love you all,

Have a great and blessed school year!

Jeremiah 1:4-9

4 The word of the LORD came to me, saying,

 5 "Before I formed you in the womb I knew [a] you,
       before you were born I set you apart;
       I appointed you as a prophet to the nations."

 6 "Ah, Sovereign LORD," I said, "I do not know how to speak; I am only a child."

 7 But the LORD said to me, "Do not say, 'I am only a child.' You must go to everyone I send you to and say whatever I command you. 8 Do not be afraid of them, for I am with you and will rescue you," declares the LORD.

 9 Then the LORD reached out his hand and touched my mouth and said to me, "Now, I have put my words in your mouth. 10 See, today I appoint you over nations and kingdoms to uproot and tear down, to destroy and overthrow, to build and to plant."
